Brusson mines. Group of mines, famous since it was possible to find samples of native gold. This is one of the Italian gold old mines area in the Alpine region; the gold is embedded in quartz veins mixed with other sulphides, hosted into gneiss and metamorphic calceschists

XX up to 13.5cm long, encrusted by goethite (I suppose from a post-mining formation). Arbaz mine belongs to the more known Brusson mines complex; Arbaz village is about 10 km south of Brusson
